Stables are Loddon internals all 12' x 12' or larger, and the barn is a
large converted agricultural building, well ventilated and solid
We have plenty of post and rail fenced paddocking, so that horses can be
turned out for as long as required. There will be odd days when turn
out is not available if weather is too bad, but we have a horse walker
and lunge pen, so your horse will not be stuck in the stable
The outdoor and indoor arenas at the Equestrian Centre are available at
most times, within the price, for livery use. Typically during the day
at weekends it will be either indoor or outdoor arenas available, but
earlier or later in the day it will be both. Full BSJA courses are
available after jumping in the 60 x 30 indoor arena (winter) or 80 x 60
outdoor (summer), the 40 x 30 indoor arena remains available for flatwork
at all times. Outdoor arena regularly set up with dressage arenas.
For VAT purposes all of the above are considered exempt, as a single
supply which is primarily the stabling of a horse. All extras, i.e.
one off and short term services will be subject to VAT, but the basic
package that you choose to enable your horse to be kept at Keysoe will
not have additional tax raised on it.
