Please note:
- All prices shown include VAT
- We require full payment for each booking
- No space will be reserved without the appropriate fee being paid
- A non-refundable administrative booking charge of £2.00 to cover transaction fees will be added to each order at checkout
- Cancellations made less than 4 weeks (28 days) before the event will not be refunded unless otherwise stated on the event listing. However, at our sole discretion if the event is oversubscribed and we can re-allocate the clinic space then a transfer or refund maybe considered.
