If you have signed our Social Media Photography and Filming Release Form, or you have signed as the person who has parental responsibility and/or legal authority for a person under the age of 16, you are consenting to allow us to use names, images, videos, audio and comments for communication and promotional purposes on our website, social media and other communication platforms.

You understand and consent that we will keep all this data in accordance with data protection law and it will be deleted after 5 years. You also understand that the still / moving images / audio used for publicity or marketing purposes are in the public domain and therefore could potentially be reproduced, altered, or reused by anyone in the world outside of our control. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@keysoe.com but you understand that withdrawing consent may not affect the material that has already been used.
