Have you ever wondered what it’s like to own a Shetland Pony?

With our new Own a Pony Experience you can experience what it’s like in a calm, soothing way (without all the mess!).

Ideal for early riders aged 3 and over, you’ll be shown the ropes by one of our fully qualified, DBS checked, groomsmen on the basics of how to care for one of our Shetland Therapy Ponies.

How to groom your pony

Pony Party

Age: 3-10

Cost: £650 for 10 children (+£25 extra per additional child)

Are you looking to throw the best birthday party ever? Then we have just the thing…

At our Keysoe Pony Parties young equestrian enthusiasts will get to groom, ride and play with our team of calm and serene Therapy Ponies, enjoy lovely food and partake in an array of pony themed games, led by our team of fully qualified, DBS checked, groomsmen.

What to expect:

Meet the ponies
Pony rides
Party lunch (self-catered or catered)

Pony Walks

Age: All ages

Time: Monday-Friday 8am-12pm

Nothing helps to bring peace, calm and serenity like a leisurely stole through the forest with a therapy pony.

Our Pony Walks are available for all ages, and the perfect way to take in the beautiful Bedfordshire grounds.

Learn to lead your pony

Time: Saturdays & Sundays 2pm-4pm

Overview:

The sheer size of a horse can be quite overwhelming, even for adults. So what better way to learn to ride than with our Pony Starter Rides.

Our trained therapy ponies will help your child feel calm and relaxed as they enjoy perhaps their first riding experience. Suitable for ages 3-10, our fully qualified, DBS checked, trainers will help your child to quickly learn the ropes.

Learn to tack up and lead
Rein ride around the meadow
Pony certificate to commemorate the day
