Check-In/Check-Out:

• Check-in is between 15:00-20:00pm on the first day of your stay
  Please call in to the office to pickup your key. If no one is available, call Tom on: 07943 752 944
• Check-out is before 10:00am
  Please leave the apartment in the same condition that you found it and return your key to the office.
• If you check-in and/or check-out later than the times allocated above you may be subject to an additional fee of £25.00 per hour.

Liability

• Guests acknowledge liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills
• Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to property during their stay
• Keysoe International is not responsible for your personal belongings, car or valuables left in the apartments or car park
• Regardless of charge instructions, guests acknowledge that they are personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred during their stay

Accidental Damages

• Accidents do happen, but it is important that you tell us so that we can fix/replace items for future guests. Please call Tom on: 07943 752 944
• Depending on the intent and extent of damage you may be subject to a charge under our discretion.

General Conditions of Stay

• No smoking inside the property
• No pets
• No parties
• If your apartment is found to be in an unreasonable condition upon your departure, you may be subject to a £200 deep-clean surcharge.
